Over the last 15 years, I've been on an incredible journey in the world of talent acquisition and executive search, where I've gone from launching my own firm to celebrating its international success and strategic exit. My adventure has taken me through the highs and lows of building a business from scratch, assembling a standout team that spanned continents from London to Rio, and navigating the complex process of a business sale. This hands-on experience has given me a deep well of knowledge on what it really takes to attract, develop, and keep an amazing team in the fiercely competitive global landscape.

As the founder of a successful search firm, I've been right in the thick of it, dealing with everything from dreaming up business strategies to the nitty-gritty of hiring and team building. These experiences have taught me the ins and outs of creating and presenting a company culture that not only attracts top talent but also retains it by fostering an environment where people can truly thrive.

As a board member of a global talent acquisition group for the past three years, I've had the privilege of advising on strategies that span across different cultures and markets, guiding companies through growth phases, and helping them fine-tune their approach to talent management.
